As of right now I have 42 hours of overtime. ...and the week hasn't even started yet.

I'll have to post some picks of the install that NJ and I are doing. The deadline is Thursday. It is going to be awesome when it's done.

I've gotta get some sleep!!

All clear.

Ahhhhh. This morning went MUCH better that I thought it was going to. Everyone at the meeting knew why they were there and what needed to get done. I was actually very impressed by all of the progress made today. I'm still going to have to bust my ass to get it done by the 1st, but at least there is hope.

And now for something completely different...

I saw it again last night. I went to Pick 'n Save and there she was. My new car. Well not really MY new car but the exact one that I want.

Click it, touch it, LOVE IT!!!

It's a liquid metallic gray, Mazda 6i Sport. Isn't it sexy?!?!?

...excuse me while I drool over it a bit more... ;)

Stock it puts down 170HP. Not too bad for a little 4 banger. Within a couple months of getting it, I would have to throw on the Cosworth cold-air-intake, Cosworth Intake Manifold, and get it chipped and dyno'd. That would bump my power to the 200-210 region. After that the major mods would come. Either a Lentech or CP-E built transmission and a nice dual ball bearing turbo. 400HP. Oh yeah. Making Mustang and Corvette owner's cry would be a whole heck of a lotta fun.

After a couple/three years, I'd have to tear the motor apart. Put in some forged pistons and con rods. Then were talking 500HP.

I wonder if anyone would have an all-wheel-drive conversion out by then. Hmmmmm.

Spinning my wheels.

In less than 8 hours I'm going to have a nasty meeting with a few of the people that I work with. I've been dreading it since I heard about it Friday morning. There are people that aren't doing their job on a very large project. It is something where everyone should be putting in 110% but they are blowing things off and putting in about 30%. It's a bad situation. This has got me thinking about things...

Why the hell am I still doing this crap? I started out at another company 6 years ago doing the exact same thing that I'm doing right now. I moved through the ranks and got into a decent position, then the company want bankrupt. I was on unemployment for a while then accepted my current job because it paid a decent amount and was a job. That was last summer.

For the last month my job has been absolutely miserable. I wake up and dread going into work. I know that it will be the same BS over and over. Nobody listens and nothing changes for the better. ...sigh...

I'm 28 and should be climbing the corporate ladder, saving up to buy a new car and a house. Meanwhile I feel stranded. I still have a $3k credit card debt and have barely the bare minimum my bank allows in my saving account. I just can't seem to get ahead.

I know that I should stop all work on my car and any of my other projects. That would definitely help the money problem. It wouldn't help to my other problem...being miserable. When I'm working on my car or computer I forget about my work headaches.

I guess I just need to get focused. Start working out. Loose weight. Look for a new job. Find a cute girl. Buy a new car. Get out of this money pit of an apartment. I've gotta get my shit together!!!

Sometimes it helps to think outloud.

Sin City.

I decided to relax tonight and go rent a movie. To my surprise Blockbuster had a couple copies of the shiny new Sin City movie in stock. It was what the doctor ordered. Ass kicking and beautiful women. Make that incredibly beautiful women. And to top it all off, it was one of the best movies the I've seen in a long time.

It was a awesome combination of Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill. Even though Tarantino was only a guest director it sure felts ALOT like it was all him doing this movie. (I still want to check out the making of.) There were multiple plot lines all going on at once. It was great. It's definitely not one for the kids. Way too much T&A and blood 'n guts. It kept my interest the whole time. I think I've been through a good 40 movies since I've seen one this well put together.

If you like Tarantino's style and are in the mood for some whoopass, go get it.

I've gotta find out who the parole officer babe was...absolutely incredible. The most perfect combination of high heels and a thong. WOW.

BTW, I didn't do jack on my computer. Oh well. Did I mention that I'm typing this while watching High Definition TV on my other monitor. Life's rough. ;)

It's busted.

For no reason last night my computer decided to crash...and never come back. It is now in this death loop of starting, crashing, and re-booting. I've tried to enter Safe Mode and it just crashes and re-boots. I've tried Last Known Good Configuration. F'n nada. Don't you love Windows?

I'm currently typing this from my HTPC (home theatre PC). I really shouldn't complain. I have way too many computers for any one person. 7 at last count. Only 4 are currently in working order. ...make that three. I also really can't complain because I haven't paid for a version of Windows in 8 years. (All gifts, I swear.)

It just kills me that the last good OS that Microshaft released was Windows 98SE. It is impossible to kill. Where Windows 2000 and XP will eventually die and need to be deleted and re-installed, you can just reload Win 98SE. I had 98SE on my car computer a few years back and whenever the thing would get screwed up soo bad that it wouldn't boot, I'd just throw in the 98SE install disc. Reload 98SE and 30mins later everything was back up and running. All of my apps were still installed and they all ran. Friggin' amazing.

So for now I'm stuck with no e-mail, no links, and no music. ...blah... I'm pretty sure that it's either my video card or power supply that is causing the problem. I'm having a shitty time at work and this happening is just another blow to the family jewels.

Ladies, feel free to cheer me up and send some hot pics to my gmail account

Yeah, that's the ticket. ;)

Fast Lane to loosing my business.

I have come to respect online reviews. I check out the awesome before I buy from someone. I found some good prices on some computer parts at Tiger Direct. Here's how my experience has gone so far...

I placed my order last Sunday. It took forever to "Process". On Wednesday they told me that one of the items was backordered and that my shipment was on hold.

**First screwup - When I ordered everything they said that it was in stock.**

Thursday and Friday pass without any progress. I am starting to get pissed. Saturday rolls around and low and behold, my order has shipped! ...well most of it... They also go to say that my order shipped on the 1st. Bullshit!!!

**Second Screwup - Tell me you shipped it when in fact you didn't ship it until four days later.**

My UPS tracking number confirms that they didn't ship it until the 5th. Lying pieces of crap.

I received my order today but it was missing the processor. F'n great. I go online and the status is still backordered with no ETA. The kicker is now that if I click on the processor, it shits me out on a link to a different inferior processor. OH HELL NO!!! You don't screw up my order then sub some piece of crap!

**Third and Fourth screwups - Put a part on backorder with you said was IN STOCK then try to substitute what I wanted with a low grade piece of shit.**

I just sent them an email stating that I either need the processor that I ordered in the first place by next week, or I need to cancel my order. Let's wait and see what happens.

Moral of the story: Don't buy from Tiger Direct.

Ladies, don't smoke.

WHY, WHY, WHY? I just don't get it. What glamour is there in a nasty stinky expensive habit. That just kills me. Every hottie that came into the bar this evening lit up. WTF?!?

Are there any beautiful single women left that don't smoke? I have yet to find one while bar hopping.

It was just incredible. I'll admit it, I'm a wallflower. I'll sit back and just observe the crowd. EVERY woman in the bar was smoking.

I was watching this very cute brunette. Incredible booty, very nice body, cute smile. (She looked like Elizabeth Berkly from Showgirls.) After about a half hour, I thought to myself, "Hey, I may actually have to go talk to this cutie." ...then she lit up. I give up. The bar scene is friggin worthless.

I grew up in a non-smoking home. My smoking friends can't belive it when I say that I can smell someone smoking in the car in front of me in winter. Yes, it is that painfully obvious.

To me smoking is like a stench combination of puke and shit. Except that puke and shit don't soak into your clothes. I WILL NOT stay in a smoking hotel room. You can throw as much friggin air freshener in there as you want. It still smells floral shit. I would rather sleep in the lobby.

Finding a cute girl that isn't a moron is starting to seem impossible.

I really get a kick out of all of the obscenely beautiful women hanging out with complete loosers. The pretty boy metrosexual types. They complain how their boyfirends don't treat them well and are insensitive jerks.

Hi, how are you doing? I would worship the ground that any beautiful woman who gave me the time of day walks on. I have three hobbies. Cars, computers, and electronics. There isn't much that I can't fix or build. I also spend insane amounts of cash on my hobbies. Why? Because I have no woman.

I'm really drunk. I will probably regret what I've typed. Oh well. That's what 11 doulbe tall jack and cokes will do.

I'm starting to get to the point where I wonder if beautiful women are just a figment of my imagination. I see them on TV, in magazines, and on the net. Even once in a while in person. I just dunno.

I'm gonna get drunk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woohoo! Happy M-F'ing Friday!! It's been a long craptastic week, and I haven't gotten sloppy drunk in waaay too long. Let the Jack flow!

I also don't really have anything to do tomorrow. So why not? Actually... I could work on my storage server. ...nah.

Suck it you cowards.

No more anonymous comments. If you decide to crap on me I'm gonna track you down. I'd like to thank Sassy for pointing out that awesome Blogger feature.

I swear I'll post something worthwhile soon. I'm just having a bad time at work, especially today, and just don't feel like typing anything. I've also managed to destroy a brand new power steering pump and a 120GB hard drive. ...blah...

I hate loosing money.
